MINDFULNESS: THE PATHWAY TO PEACEFUL LIFE…..

Mindfulness can help us enjoy life more and understand ourselves better.  Through Mindfulness you can take steps to develop it in your own life. The objective of mindfulness is to wake up to the inner workings of our mental, emotional, and physical processes.

Whenever we bring mindfulness to what we are directly undergoing with our senses, or to our state of mind or with our thoughts and emotions, we are being mindful. 

And studies and research show that when we train our brain to be mindful, we are actually remodelling the physical structure of our brain. Means mindfulness support us to mentor our brain. It also helps us put some space between ourselves and our reactions, breaking down our conditioned responses.

WHAT IT MATTERS

Mindfulness practice, is simply attention training.  Our attention tends to jump around randomly, but being able to place our attention on something in particular, and hold it there, is useful.
